SUMMERTOWN STARS GIRLS UNDER 14s 2009/2010
The girls under 14 team comprises of two age groups:
Under 13: Girls born between 1 September 1996 and 31 August 1997
Under 14: Girls born between 1 September 1995 and 31 August 1996
General information:
The under 14 team play 9 a-side football and use a size 4 football. There is either a match or training each Saturday morning. Home matches and training usually takes place at Five Mile Drive Recreation field.

Aims:
These girls have fun playing football and their match results always improve as the season progresses. The team always give 100% until the final whistle. The aim is to ensure that the players develop the skills necessary to play 11 a side football.
The players train hard and work well together in matches. Off the field they often raise money as a team for charity, and recently they raised £280.73 for Helen and Douglas House Hospice by dressing up in Santa outfits and running around Oxford!
