Stay calm but act swiftly and observe the situation. Is there danger of further injuries
Listen to what the injured person is saying and alert the First Aider who should take appropriate action for minor injuries
In the event of an injury requiring specialist treatment, call the emergency services
Ensure that the Five Mile Drive ground vehicular access gate is opened for the ambulance to enter the playing areas - emergency key is in the Clubhouse in a safety/security box behind the tea counter.
Deal with the rest of the group and ensure that they are adequately supervised
Do not move someone with suspected major injuries. Wait for the emergency services
Contact the injured persons' parent/guardian. NB all Managers to have contact details on file for all their player's parents/guardians.
Complete an accident/incident report
