Summertown Stars is now into it's 35th season of football in the North Oxford community.  At our new home at Cutteslowe Park we will be fielding 12 agegroups stretching from U7s to U18s, including three Girls age groups. We have a total of 19 teams and close to 400 registered players.

Summertown Stars have been awarded the Oxforshire Football Association Charter Standard Development club Award for 2007/2008.  This is the second time the Club has won this award.  Memories of Summertown's acehivements three years ago in winning Charter development status with the FA still loom large:

....but what is really exciting is that by the end of this coming 2008/2009 season we will have acheived Charter Community Status and will be well on the way to launching our pitch drainage and pavilion rebuild scheme with what we believe will be a successful pitch of needs to the Football Foundation......watch this space!!!

Don't forget everybody is welcome to apply for membership to Summertown Stars regardless of means.  If you are on Income Support or have other financial limitations you are not alone...so please contact your child's age group manager who will make the necessary confidential arrangements to have your child's place funded by our bursary scheme.
